Children of a K1 Visa Holder
WHAT IS A K2 VISA?
As you are submitting the K1 Visa and your fiancée has unmarried children beneath the age of 21 they may enter into the U.S. using a K2 visa. The dependents of the K1 Visa beneficiary can remain in the country with a K2 Visa up to 90 days maximum beginning on the date of entry.
Necessary Documents to Obtain a K2 Visa:

Valid passport;

Non-immigrant Visa Application (2 copies) each with two recent photos;

Affidavit of Support;
- Authorization to travel from other parent;
- Full medical examination document
To Obtain a children's visa for the "spouse" of a U.S. citizen, or a K3 visa beneficiary, it is known as a K4 visa.
